Since 1919, The United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers, and Allied Workers Local #37 has been proud to serve Pittsburgh and it’s surrounding counties. Our work continues today with an emphasis on training, safety, and cooperation. Our goal is to provide the safest and best trained Union Roofers in the industry for our signatory contractors.
Roofers Needed
Experienced Roofers are Journeyman, who start with a wage/benefit package totaling $53.42 per hour!
No Experience Necessary
We offer training and classes. Apprentice wages start at $21.32 plus a Benefit package of $14.38!
Pittsburgh Union Roofers
The United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers, and Allied Workers Local #37 has jurisdiction in the Pennsylvania counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Elk, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Somerset, Washington, and Westmoreland.

Done right the first time, every time! Signatory Contractors bid all the work and use Union Members from the Building Trades locals.
Attention Members
Executive Board Meetings – 3rd Monday of every month, 6:30 p.m. Regular Union Meeting – 4th Monday of every month, 6:30 p.m.
Apprentices & Training
All classes are held at the Union Hall at 1340 Greensburg Rd, Lower Burrell, PA 15068 from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. unless otherwise noted.
